Volunteers in Medicine 5K Run/Walk

Volunteers In Medicine's Annual 5K sponsored by the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 602 will be held in Sea Isle City on the Promenade. We are co-located with the famous Ocean Drive Marathon. Volunteers In Medicine (VIM) is a 501 (c)(3) healthcare clinic that provides free primary care to Southern New Jersey residents who cannot afford health care. Since opening in 2002 and with the help of generous individuals, businesses and community government, VIM has been able to serve more than 4,000 patients! The need for primary health care continues to be significant in South Jersey even with the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.  All 5K proceeds benefit clinic operations and ensure quality health care for our neighboors in need. Race day registration beings at 7AM at the Sea Isle City Welcome Center on JFK Blvd.
