Wakefield 5k Run/Walk & 1Mile Fun Run

The Wakefield 5K Run/Walk & Kids' Fun Run is held in memory of Kelvy Costin, Wakefield’s former Athletic Director whose commitment to fitness and sportsmanship set the pace for our entire community.

Proceeds benefit the Wakefield School Athletic program.

Prizes in the 5K Run will be awarded for each gender to the top 2 overall, the top 2 Wakefield students, the top 2 Wakefield parents.

Check-in begins at 8:00 am.  The Kids' Run begins at 8:45 am followed by the opening ceremony at 9:00 am.  The 5K Run/Walk will begin at 9:10 am.

Canned Food Drive - Bring a canned food item and support area food banks and food pantries.  Spartan and Athenian points will be awarded.  Seek the challenge...of the Run!  Make a difference...in your community!
