We Cancer-Vive Monster Dash 5k

The We Cancer-Vive Monster Dash is a 5K Fun Run and Walk that benefits the American Cancer Society and Relay For Life of Western Lake County. The Monster Dash is a fun and family-friendly event and all participants are encouraged to dress in non-scary costumes. A 1mile Trick-or-Treat fun lap will also be available for families and participants of all ages to walk or run. After the race, participants are treated to a post-race party with food, a DJ, prizes and more!

RACE DETAILS
Date: Saturday, October 1, 2016

Location: Lake Metroparks Chagrin River Park - RURAL DRIVE SHELTER | 1000 Rural Drive, Eastlake OH 44095

Schedule: Registration for 5k begins at 8am, race begins at 10am. Registration for 1mile Trick-or-Treat Fun Lap will begin at 9am, lap begins at 10:15am.

Timing: This year's race will be professionally timed by Great Lakes Race Timing (http://www.greatlakesracetiming.com/). All runners will receive bibs with chips, and can get live results on-site at the end of the race.   

Give-Aways/Awards: All 5k participants signed up before September 17th will receive goodie bags and t-shirts. Awards will be given for overall top male and female as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each age group. T-shirts can be purchased by Trick-or-Treat Fun Lap participants for $10 each. Registration Fees: Pre-registration fee for 5K is $30, and accepted until Friday, September 30th (EXTENDED DEADLINE). Online registration is strongly recommended, as mail-in registration may not receive size requested. Day of race registration fee will be $30, but -participants will not be guaranteed a t-shirt. Registration fee for Trick-or-Treat Fun Lap is $10 per family.
