About the event

The Windermere Marathon is truly a PNW gem with a net negative course that is known for PR's and Boston qualifying.  Both the half marathon and the marathon course follow the centennial trail along the scenic Spokane River finishing in downtown Spokane. This race is a runner favorite among beginners through elite races trying to PR. Join us for the 2020 Windermere Marathon, full of swag and a whole new after party experience!

Marathon Masanori OKABE outran roughly 267 runners to win with a time of 02:44:08. He finished 6 minutes 42 seconds ahead of Alistair KEALTY. The third place went to Christian LINFOOT with a time of 02:54:46 In the ladies race, it was Katrina STIME who took the top spot in 03:27:38 , ahead of Heather LEFRIEC (03:31:46). Coming in second was Christopher MACMURRAY (01:18:03). Joe SCHUBRING got the third place in 01:21:48. For the women, it was Emily PARADIS who took the top spot in 01:25:18 , followed by Angie TREADWELL who finished with a time of 01:28:58. Rounding out the top three was Haley COOPER-SCOTT with a time of 01:30:57.
