Our Your Next Step is the Cure events raise much-needed funds for the patient services and clinical research projects of the Bonnie J. Addario Lung Cancer Foundation. Each event provides fun, family-friendly activities, including a kid’s dash, music, 5K event awards and more.

Whether you want to walk, jog or run, whether you choose to participate as an individual or as part of a team, we believe that Your Next Step is the Cure!

5K Standard Pre-Registration: $30
Youth (Age 5-12) and Senior (60+) Pre-Registration: $15
5K Day of Registration: $35
Youth (Age 5-12) and Senior (60+) Day of Registration: $20
Canine Caregiver Registration: $15

Day of Registration: 6:15 A.M.
Shotgun Start: 7:15 A.M.
Celebration: 8:15 A.M.

Race Awards:
Age Group Prizes are awarded to the top finishers in each age group (the top 3). Participants compete in the following Male & Female age groups: Overall, 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and Over. You must be present at the finish line to receive your prize.

Packet Pick-Up Information:
NO ADVANCE PACKET PICK-UP! You can pick up your t-shirt and bib with timing tag, at the registration tables on race day.

Race Day Parking is in the parking garage behind Charnow Park or any street spots you find open. Save time download the Park Mobile parking app, and parking becomes a breeze, no lines, no trying to feed a meter, quick and easy!
