About the event
Every year, the members of Zeta Tau Alpha at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill hold the Franklin 5K to raise money for breast cancer research and awareness. It is the sorority's biggest philanthropic event of the year. The race benefits the Arc of the Triangle, the UNC Lineberger Cancer Center, Ashton's Angels, Fill Your Bucket List Foundation, and the ZTA Foundation.
