Here is a selection of Marathons organized in April 2013 that were previously featured in our monthly newsletter.
Switzerland – Zurich – Sunday April 7, 2013 – 09:00
The race starts in the center of the city. The mostly out and back route is quite fast. It takes the runners along the Zürich lake up to Meilen, offering great views of the lake.
USA – Tennessee – Sunday April 7, 2013 – 07:00
The race has been designed to let the participants run through the finest neighborhoods of the scenic Knoxville, before finishing at the 50 yard line of Neyland Stadium.
France – Loir-et-Cher – Sunday April 7, 2013 – 09:00
The Tintin themed race is run in the forest around the castle that Herge, creator of the comic book, used as a model to draw the Château de Moulinsart. Great fun!
Guam – Sunday April 7, 2013
This will be the inaugural race. The route, following the western shore of the island is fast and scenic. It also offers a bonus: the race is an official Boston Marathon qualifier.
Germany – Hamburg – Sunday April 21, 2013
Starting and finishing at the Hamburg Congress Center, the course will take the runners through some of the most scenic areas of the second largest city of Germany: the Reeperbahn, the River Elbe and of course around the popular Aussenalster Lake.
