Here is a selection of Marathons organized in August 2016 that were previously featured in our monthly newsletter.
North America – USA – Pacific – Alaska
The race starts in the heart of Anchorage. Soon the course will quit the city and follow the Chester Creek Trail, followed by the Coastal trail, before turning around and running back downtown where the finish line awaits you.
Asia – Vietnam
The course will let you discover the beautiful coastline Da Nan renown for its pristine beaches and the bridges over Han’s River while the sun is rising.
Europe – United Kingdom – England – Cumbria
Hoad Hill Marathon follows a mixture of trail, coastal path, canal towpath and quiet country lanes giving stunning views of the beautiful South Lakes and Morecambe Bay. The route starts and finishes at Ford Park, Ulverston with an inevitable climb to the iconic Sir John Barrow monument on top of Hoad Hill.
North America – Canada – Quebec
You’ll start the race at Lévis on the south bank of the Saint Lawrence River. Your goal will be to cross the finish line at the Old Harbour of Quebec City on the north bank.
Asia – Malaysia
The race will take you on a morning tour of Kuching city’s rich cultural and colonial history. Kuching is located on the north coast of the island of Borneo.
