Jamaica – Saturday December 1, 2012 – 05:00
The out and back race runs along to the famous stretch of white sand beaches North of Negril. With an early start to avoid heat and a flat and fast certified course, the race can be an original Boston qualifier.

Aspen PE City Marathon

South Africa – Saturday December 1, 2012 – 05:00
This is a fast, flat course run through scenic, residential smallholdings. Traffic is not a problem. The difference between the highest and lowest point is 70 meters. The 10km race is run out and back over the first 5km of the marathon route. The 5km fun run has its own route, but shares the start and finish area.

Clonakilty Waterfront Marathon

Ireland – Munster – Saturday December 8, 2012
The race starts at the Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa in Clonakilty. Its route runs along the Island Road to the Island Strand Intake causeway.

Kiawah Island Golf Resort Marathon

USA – South Carolina – Saturday December 8, 2012
The runners will enjoy maritime forest, marsh views and grand homes as you run through the scenic Kiawah Island. In 2012, both the marathon and half marathons have a new course.

New Year’s Eve Marathon

USA – Texas – Monday December 31, 2012 – 08:15
The event offers a rare opportunity to finish the year and start the new one running. You’ll be able to run a first marathon on the morning of new year’s eve, celebrate the end of the year and get back on the road at 8:15 to finish the second one!
