Here is a selection of Marathons organized in December 2014 that were previously featured in our monthly newsletter.
Chile – Viña del Mar
You’ll run along the Pacific Ocean, from Puchuncavi to the sandy beaches of Viña del Mar (Vineyard of the Sea), Chile’s largest coastal resort city.
Japan – Naha
You will run in the subtropical island of Okinawa, renown for the longevity of its inhabitants. Over the years, the race has grown to be one of Japan’s largest marathons with more than 19,000 finishers last year.
USA – California – Folsom
The course will take you from Folsom lake down to downtown Sacramento at the Capitol Mall. The race is quite fast since most of the course is downhill!
USA – Texas – Dallas
The race begins and ends in Downtown Dallas and will have you run in the best areas of the city. You can expect ample cheering and entertainment along the course.
Italy – Puglia – Giovinazzo
You will start from the city of Trani and will wind through streets of Bisceglie, Molfetta and Giovinazzo. What makes the race special is that in each city, you’ll run by the beautiful Romanesque cathedral.
A few interviews about races held during the month of December have already been published in this blog. Check them out.
