Dominic Ondoro a 26-year old Kenyan runner won the 2014 Grandma’s Marathon in a record time of 2:09:06. The previous record had been established by Dick Beardsley 33 years ago!
Christopher Kipyego and Betram Keter crossed the finish line after a 02:11:57 race and took the second and third places.
Pasca Myers, also from Kenya won the women’s race with a time of 02:33:43, followed by Brianne Nelson (02:34:42) and Sarah Kiptoo (02:34:55).
6,211 runners finished the race.
