Jesse Orach outpaced more then 2825 runners to win in 01:10:43. Ian Nurse earned runner-up honours with a time of 01:15:13. Rounding out the top three was Aaron Bellomo with a time of 01:15:56. In the ladies race, Meg Brockett took top honours by finishing the race in 01:20:06 . She bested Amanda Nurse who crossed the finish line 19 secondes

Shipyard Old Port Half Marathon MALCOLM THOMAS got a win, finishing with a time of 01:15:55, followed by RICO PORTALATIN who finished with a time of 01:19:16. MIKE DITOCCO got the third place in 01:19:45. In the women’s race, CORTNEY BERLING claimed victory with a time of 01:26:49 . REBECCA WIMERT earned runner-up honors with a time of 01:28:58. JEREMY BENNIE won the race with a time of 01:11:37, followed by STEPHEN CHALONER who finished with a time of 01:11:41. Finishing third was JARROD LENFEST (01:14:36). In the women’s race, JANNA MITSOS got a win, finishing with a time of 01:23:50 . She finished 56 minutes 22 seconds ahead of ALISON CHASE. CAROLINE ELBAUM got the third place in 01:29:17.

Half Marathon results Sixteen-year-old Charles Berg bested nearly 3,000 runners to win the Shipyard Old Port Half Marathon in Portland, Maine with a time of 1:14:35. Founded in 2011, the waterfront run includes views of the Casco Bay, Presumpscot River and Back Cove. Michael Creedon came in second, crossing the finish line in 1:16:31.
