France – Var – Saturday June 15, 2013 – 04:00 The Verdon Canyon is one of the most beautiful canyons in Europe. The race starting in Aiguines, is not for the faint ones. With 6,500m elevation gain it will lead the runners on both sides of the canyon, along the 700m high cliffs on quite technical ups and downs. The race celebrates its 20th anniversary.More info…
Namibia – Saturday June 22, 2013 The Fish River Canyon is the second largest canyon in the world, after the famous Grand Canyon in Colorado. The self-supporting race follows the Fish River Canyon hiking trail where Ryan Sandes established in 2011 a staggering 6h 57 min record.More info…
Japan – Sunday June 30, 2013 The race is located in the Northern tip of the Northern Island of Japan (Hokkaidō). It is one of the most popular ultra marathons of Japan with about 5,000 runners taking part each year. The 100k course goes around the beautiful Saroma Lake. More info…
