Here is a selection of Marathons organized in March 2015 that were previously featured in our monthly newsletter.
USA – Arkansas – Little Rock
During the race you will visit many landmarks of Arkansas’s Capital city. You’ll start and finish in the Riverfront Park and will climb many hills over the 26.1 miles. This is what makes Little Rock special.
Japan – Lake Biwa
The Lake Biwa Mainichi Marathon is one of the oldest marathons in Japan. It is run around the country’s largest Lake. The course is quite fast and flat. Many runners break their PB there. Why not you?
Cyprus – Pafos/Paphos
The race takes place on the western coast of Cyprus in the city of Pafos. You’ll start at Petra tou Romiou (Birthplace of Aphrodite goddess of love and beauty) and finish at the Pafos Mediaeval Fort Square.
Italy – Lombardy – Brescia
The historic city of Brescia is located between the cities of Milano and Verona, not far from Lake Garda. You’ll run the whole race within the city before crossing the finish line in historical Piazza della Loggia.
USA – California – Oakland
The marathon route is very scenic and winds its way through almost all the neighborhoods of Oakland. You’ll also get a great view of Oakland, the Bay Bridge and San Francisco right before mile 10.
A few interviews about races held during the month of March have already been published in this blog. Check them out.
