USA – New Mexico – Saturday May 4, 2013 – 07:00
The point to point race begins out near Red Valley Arizona. It passes through some beautiful high desert scenery on rolling hills towards the city of Shiprock while passing the 1800’ volcanic cinder cone of Shiprock itself at about the halfway point.
United Kingdom – England – Sunday May 5, 2013
This unique multi-terrain running experience takes you across stunning Salisbury Plain between the World Heritage Sites of Avebury and Stonehenge. With beautiful views across this ancient rolling landscape, don’t look around too much, as it might take your breath away!
Peru – Sunday May 19, 2013 – 07:00
The capital and largest city of Peru hosts its marathon for the 5th time, taking the runners though the streets of its historic center which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In may, temperatures are usually cool.
Australia – South Australia – Sunday May 26, 2013 – 07:30
The relatively flat course takes the runners through the autumn colored vineyards and wineries located North of Adelaide, around Tanunda.
Nepal – Wednesday May 29, 2013
This year, we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the first successul ascent to the top of Mt Everest. The race will start on the anniversary date from the Everest base camp and take the runners back to Namche Bazaar.
