Here is a selection of Marathons organized in May 2015 that were previously featured in our monthly newsletter.
USA – California – Newport Beach
You will enjoy the net downhill course and its few rolling hills. Starting in Newport Beach the course offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, runs down historic PCH, above a natural reserve, through the arts district and shopping mecca of South Coast Plaza before ending at the Orange County Fair Event Center.
Canada – British Columbia – Vancouver
After the start located in Queen Elizabeth Park, you will run past beaches, through natural parks, and along Vancouver’s Seawall crowded by supporters. The finish line awaits you on West Pender St.
Germany – Baden-Württemberg – Heilbronn
You’ll run on a paved and traffic free course starting in Heilbronn and running through the cities of Flein, Talheim, Lauffen am Neckar, Brackenheim and Nordheim. The name of the marathon comes from a grape variety commonly cultivated in the Neckar valley.
Latvia – Riga
During the race, you will visit the most beautiful spots of Riga, from the amazing panorama of Pārdaugava to the Old Riga, as well as the paved streets of Ķīpsala Island and wooden architecture. Crossing the Vanšu Bridge will allow you to run on both sides of the Daugava River.
