Azlan Pagay won the race with a time of 02:53:45. He bested Joseph Arnel Emia who crossed the finish line one minute 9 seconds behind him. Rounding out the top three was Michel Largo with a time of 03:05:57.
For the women, Ruffa Sorongon finished first in 03:25:34 . Evamie Villarin earned runner-up honours with a time of 03:34:00. Lizane Abella got the third place in 03:41:42.

In the women’s race, Cherry Andrin claimed victory with a time of 01:40:21 . She bested Engiel Estillorie who crossed the finish line 10 minutes 3 seconds behind her. Jenefer Paloma got the third place in 01:56:15.
