Andrew Huebner (1:08:41) set a new course record by 38 seconds to win the 10th annual Seacoast Half Marathon in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
He has now won the event in two of the last three years.
Runner-up Aliaksandr Leuchanka (1:09:10) was the only other participant to finish under an hour and 10 minutes.
Christopher Antunes rounded out the top three with a time 1:15:20.
For the women, it was Beverly Antunes (1:23:55) beating the field by more than a minute.
In a tight race for second, two-time winner (2008 and 2011) Kim Webster (1:25:12) came in just ahead of Beth Dollas (1:25:33).
Dollas finished fourth in 2013.
