Designed to be fast, and fast it was with the first four runners setting personal bests in Denmark’s Copenhagen Half Marathon, including Bedan Karoki (59:14) who now holds the fastest time in 2015. He was just six seconds from the all-time record. Alex Oloitiptip (59:28) managed to hold off Edwin Kipyego (59:30) and Simon Cheprot (59:32) for second. The top six spots in a field of more than 19,000 were decided by 50 seconds or less.
