Half Marathon results
Jordan Hasay and Alexis Pappas crossed the finish line together holding hands with a time of 1:21:53 to win the 12th annual Nike Women’s Half Marathon San Francisco in California.
More than 25,000 runners took part in the tour of the city.
A top 10 finisher a year ago, Lauren Cummings came in third with a time of 1:23:08.
For the men, it was Yuuki Tamazawa (1:14:45) taking the top spot.
Shogo Otsu finished second in both the men’s portion and the overall with a time of 1:18:55.
Naoki Sato (1:26:03) rounded out the top three.
His time was good for 10th overall.
