Half Marathon results
The top five placers in the Sporisimo Prague Half Marathon all finished under an hour, led by defending champion Daniel Wanjiru with a personal best of 59:20.
Almost 11,000 participants completed the Czech Republic event which was started in 1995.
In a tight race for runner-up, Barselius Kipyego (59:30) managed to keep Adugna Takele (59:40) and Nobert Kipkoech Kigen (59:42) at bay.

For the women, it was Violah Jepchumba (1:05:51) cutting close to four minutes from her personal best to take the top spot.
She finished just 42 seconds off the world record.
Worknesh Degefa earned runner-up honors with a time of 1:06:14, while Gladys Jepkemoi Yator (1:08:39) came in just seconds in front of Lucy Karimi (1:08:43) for third.
