Last year’s runner-up Tommy Rivers Puzey (2:25:22) traded places with 2015 winner Roosevelt Cook (2:27:45) to win the 13th annual Rock ‘N’ Roll Arizona Marathon around Phoenix. Roughly 11,100 runners completed the course which started in downtown Phoenix, working its way east to Scottsdale, before heading south, ending at the Tempe Beach Park next to Arizona State University. Cook took third in 2014. Second in 2013. Angel Duchi (2:37:09) finished a distant third.
