Aaron Scott (1:06:47) defended his Saucony Cambridge Half Marathon title for a second consecutive season.
More than 5,300 runners completed the course in southeast England.
Michael Eccles earned runner-up honors with a time of 1:10:05.
Per Wangel (1:11:01) came in just ahead of Chris Darling (1:11:33) for third.

For the women, it was Hayley Mumm (1:16:16) making her way to the top of the podium.
Jo Coates claimed second with a time of 1:18:31.
Taking third was Megan Evans at 1:21:40.
