Results: Teklay, Wang win tight races in San Francisco

Half Marathon results

Azerya Teklay (1:08:07) topped more than 4,000 runners to win the 33rd annual Kaiser Permanente Half Marathon in San Francisco, California.
Jorge Maravilla managed a second-place finish with a mark of 1:08:44.
Andrew Bauer (1:09:52) came in just ahead of Sean Welleck (1:10:08) for third.
For the women, it was 2014 runner-up Yiou Wang (1:16:08) taking the top spot.
In second was Breege Connolly with a time of 1:17:12.
Meredith Kessler (1:18:05) rounded out the top three.
She finished tenth in 2013.
