Here is a selection of Ultramarathons organized in September 2013 that were previously featured in our monthly newsletter.
South Africa – Saturday September 7, 2013
The race takes place in the Royal Natal Park. The participants will run trough mountain passes, steep gullies, along single track paths in the mountains and climb chain ladders on the Amphitheatre. There the view will be breathtaking.
USA – Idaho – Sunday September 8, 2013 – 07:00
The challenging course runs along the spine of scenic Moscow Mountain on mostly technical single-track or fast logging roads. Serious up, serious down, serious gorgeous.
United Kingdom – England – Saturday September 14, 2013 – 09:15
The race covers almost the entire length of the Stour Valley Path, particularly notable for the beauty of the scenery. The landscape on the Essex-Suffolk border has inspired famous painters such as John Constable or Thomas Gainsborough.
A few interviews about races held during the month of September have already been published in this blog. Check them out.
