In the ladies race, Dinknesh Rono from Kenya finished first in 02:26:47. Dinknesh Mekash (ETH) took the second place and Winny Jepkorir (KEN) the third.
12,851 of the participants made it to the finish line, and about 800,000 spectators cheered the runners along the route of the 29th edition of the race.
Next year the 30th edition will take place on April 25th.
