Birmingham Harriers 5K Run/Walk

Please join us for the annual Birmingham Harriers 5K Run/Walk through the scenic streets of Birmingham.  The course starts in the back of Seaholm High School and ends on the track.  We encourage runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to come participate on this fast course.  We have added 2 kids races, a 100 yard dash for kids 4 and under and a 300 yard dash for 5-8 year olds. The 100 yard dash is free with a registered adult (2 children per adult, please.).  Register by July 16 to be guaranteed a race t-shirt!
