The Long Island Mile is back!
Come race alongside the pros at the Hoka One One Long Island Mile. Enter this 1 mile track race, or the kids 400 meter run (10&under) and get free admission to stay and watch the professional men's and women's races later in the evening.
The elite men will be attempting to run a sub-4 minute mile again, after last year when we saw ten pro runners do it!
Local athletes will also be eligible for prize money by applying to be in the local open championship race, or the local masters championship race. If you'd like to be considered for these races, please check the appropriate box during registration.
The race will be rain or shine.
