About the event
The 4-Mile Warrior Run is a scenic and challenging run
that starts at picturesque Crab Meadow Beach Park on
Long Island Sound. It travels a flat course along
Makamah preserve, turns up a hill through a quiet
Northport neighborhood, and continues along the
rolling bluffs overlooking Northport Harbor finishes
down a hill to a flat, fast finish at Crab Meadow Beach.
