Il Marathon Bike, UISP Grosseto, Avis Grosseto and the Institution are delighted to invite international travelers to take part in the 4th 6 hours of the Maremma race located in the beautiful city of Grosseto. The race, with the patronage of the Municipality and Province of Grosseto, will take place at the Garibaldi Bastion on the Medici Walls of the city and is included in the IUTA National Ultramarathon Calendar. Travelers can either participate in the 6-hour individual race or the 6x1hour Relay. Both races are great opportunities to explore this stunning region of Italy while competing in a challenging race. Course details
Course highlights
Circuit on the Medici walls of Grosseto, mixed asphalt and dirt road with two short climbs. The route measures 1,758m in the most favorable route. Jute exception, not Fidal approved. The ring will be traveled clockwise. In the start/finish area there will be bag storage and bathrooms, as well as a health service with doctor and ambulance.
