Action For Distraction 5K Family Fun Run/Walk & Kids Action Marathon

USATF CERTIFIED 500 POINT GRAND PRIX COURSE ...A scenic, easy, family friendly out-and-back course that offers finishers medals for all participants, as well as age group awards three deep in the timed run!  For the first time, we are doing a race series, with a Skeleton Fun Run being offered on October 20th!  The Action For Distraction course on May 5th is a USATF Grand Prix course, featuring a paved surface, 3 people wide, the entire length of the 1.6 mile trail that meanders through scenic woodlands!  On October 20th, don your Halloween costumes, and join us for a fun 5K at Central Park in Parsippany, on a single loop 5K course that offers beautiful views, soft rolling hills, and a mixture of grass, gravel and natural trail surfaces!  Serious runners, casual walkers, & families strollers welcome at both races!  Strollers will be usable at the Action For Distraction 5K only!
