Arthur Center Community Health: Children's Mental Health Awareness 5K Walk/Run

Arthur Center Community Health is hosting our Annual Children's Mental Health Awareness Day and 5K to raise awareness of children's mental health! Our theme is "Your Adventure is Waiting," emphasizing the importance of learning to live our lives to the fullest and explore new skills, talents, friendships and dreams as we navigate who we are and who we want to be in the future. The 5K will be held on Saturday May 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., registration beginning at 9:15am. We will have different age categories along with prizes and giveaways including a t-shirt! Arthur Center Community Health staff and consumers (behavioral health, primary care and dental patients) do not have to pay a registration fee. There is a fee otherwise for individuals ages 13 and older ($20) and children 12 and under ($10). This is a walk/run event, so walk at your pleasure or challenge yourself to a jog or run! We hope to see you there!

Payment: Cash or check is acceptable. Please make checks payable to Arthur Center Community Health. You can bring cash or check on the day of the event, drop off the check at Arthur Center Community Health's front desk or you can send a check to:
