Badass Batch Cardio Fun Night & Free Drink Social

Badass Batch Fit Club - Bringing the fitness community together through Free Fitness Events and some Free Brew.  Badass Running Company wants you off the couch and Batch Gastropub wants you to know that Sports Bars aren't just for watching sports, they are for participating too!

Badass Batch Cardio Fun Night is 60 minutes of the most fun you ever had increasing both your lactate threshold and VO2 max. You will thank us on your next run and we promise you're going to have fun!

We are fortunate to have Carmine Scandura, Owner of High Speed Dirt Fitness to be our Badass lead Instructor along with Burpee Police Steven Spitz of Badass Running Company who will make sure you're following the rules (just kidding, maybe). 

The entire event will take place on the grass of the marketplace's beautiful amphitheater but registration check-in is at Batch Gastropub from 6:00 to 6:20 PM and then we will all walk over to the location together. Afterwards, we will walk back to the Batch Lounge for your free drinks, raffles and to relax on the VIP reserved couches.

Things to bring: A towel and bottle of water with electrolytes.
