About the event
The Bayou Hills 5K and 10K courses wind through the Pensacola neighborhood of East Hill and along Bayou Texar. The East Hill neighborhood is popular among area runners year round because its landscape is unique to the city with historic homes, ancient trees, water views and steep climbs.
The Bayou Hills Run course makes the most of this neighborhood's beautiful scenery and challenging, hilly terrain.
Prizes are awarded in 16 age categories for both men and women, plus Overall Awards for men and women in the Overall Male, Overall Female, masters, grand masters, and senior masters categories. All participants receive t-shirt and bib and are guaranteed the requested size event t-shirt and personalized bib if registered before February 9, 2018.
The 10K and 5K runs start at 7:30 AM with the 1 Mile Kids Run starting at 8:45 AM.
All Bayou Hills Run races begin and end at Bayview Park.
Please note that for the safety of others, no pets, strollers, baby joggers or roller blades are allowed on the run course.
Online Registration ends March 1st at 11:59 PM.
After that, late register in person at Packet Pick-up or before event.
