About the event
Bigfoot boasts a permanently marked 10.4 mile loop course with rolling hills on hiking and bridle trails, entirely within Salt Fork State Park. The course is marked with pink blazes, permanent wooden signs, and is known for eating trail shoes! Participants will complete a total of three (3) loops, which includes over 4,000′ of elevation gain and 4,000′ of elevation loss over the 50K distance.
20 Milers will complete two loops, and 10 Milers complete one loop. Hikers are welcome in the Bigfoot 10 Miler! With a generous 8.5 hour cutoff time, hikers can enjoy a supported hike on the same course, at their own pace.
