ROUND out your SWAG and BURN The BIRD!

Thanksgiving Thursday is a day for Turkey Trots, food, family, football and naps.
Then comes Friday…and the leftovers
Over the last seven years and 25+ races later 😱😳 we have accumulated a lot of leftover medals, shirts, awards and more. We also receive a lot of requests from folks needing an extra event to make up for missing 1 of the series medals. Plus, we all need a day after Thanksgiving workout, right?? Even a good walk burns the bird and other “stuffing”! 😉

So after a couple of years of batting the idea around, we finally established the “leftover run”? For a reduced race entry fee, participants will take their pick of different race shirts, awards or medals and then head out for a chip-timed 5k or 1 mile fun run. Later, we’ll all give thanks and enjoy a great post race party with music, food, friends and libations!
