CC 5K Run The Race

        We invite everyone to our local run on April 13,2019.  Classical Conversation of Newton will be holding its first 5K and 1-mile Family fun run at Catawba Meadows Park in Morganton, NC to raise awareness for homeschooling as well as financial support. The course is simple and enjoyable along the Catawba River and surrounding woods. The cost is $25 for 13 years old and up; kids 12 and under are free. Race day Registration is in pavilion #1 from 7:30am-8:15 for $30. First 30 to sign up before March 13, 2019 will get a goody bag which includes a T-shirt. There will be awards given to the top three in each category according to age starting with 14 years old and up in 5 year increments all the way up to 60 years old. Parking is free but limited please arrive no later than 7:45am to avoid parking issues. Awards ceremony and refreshments to follow the run. Come join us for a fun day!
