This 'Medal Dash' 2nd annual virtual run event allows you to start the summer on a healthy note! Run/walk/jog a 5K/10K anytime, anywhere with your favorite companion. You may do it all at once or spread it out over multiple days for you and your dog. Choose your location whether that’s on your favorite trail, at a park or in your neighborhood.
