Dresden Melon Festival 5k trail Race

5k Trail Run & Kids 100m Dash
Join us Saturday, Aug. 6 at 9:30am for the Dresden Melon Festival 5k Trail Run and kids 100m Dash located at the Village of Dresden River Park Boat Ramp
The Melon Festival 5k features a scenic trail run with portions of the race traveling along the beautiful Muskingum river and winding through mostly wooded trails. The race will start and finish at the Village of Dresden river park boat ramp located just below Tri-Valley High school. Water will be provided during and after the race. Mile markers will be provided and times will be given at each mile with Computerized timing being at the finish line. The melon festival course may be the best marked course you’ve ever been on, as it is impossible to get lost! So, come enjoy a great race and a fun filled day
Proceeds raised at this event will support -The Friends of the Dresden Parks Incorporated to support area parks and events.

AWARDS:
Awards will be issued to the Top Three Overall Finishers and in each of the following age categories:
12-under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ Walkers are welcome!

EARLY PACKET PICK-UP & RACE DAY REGISTRATION:
Race Day registration and Packet pick-up will be located at the Village of Dresden River Park boat ramp located just below Tri-Valley high school - Starting at 8:00am

RACE PACKETS & FINISHLINE PERKS:
Your Race packet will include a T-shirt with the official race logo, finish line food and beverage. Early sign up is encouraged as this allows the race director to prepare for the number of participants and ensures shirt availability to all. Extra T-shirts will be first come first serve on race day.

3) Register on race day or pick up your race packet starting at 8:00 am.
