Fort Madison High School Fit Fest

The FMHS FitFest will be held on May 19 at Fort Madison Middle School!

Our FitFest will include a Family 5K Fun Run/Walk to begin at 8:30am and a Fitness Fair to follow.  The 5K will take you on the PORT trail and sidewalks around the middle school campus.  Bring a family member to race or to keep you company on a walk. The FIRST 100 registrants of the 5K will get to wear a heart rate monitor from Interactive Health Technologies.  You will also receive data from your run/walk! The Fitness Fair will feature organizations and businesses in our community that offer resources for health and fitness. Check out their booths after the race! 

Registration cost for the 5K - $20 per person.  **Sign up a student (grades K-12) with your registration for $6! In order to get this $6 pricing, you MUST register yourself first for $20 and then click on the SPECIAL PRICING button during the registration process for the child. Early Registration :Register before Monday, May 7th to receive a T-shirt included in your fee! **Remember - FIRST 100 registrants will get to wear a heart rate monitor!
