Four Townes Family YMCA 5K

Join us for a gallop around the lake!  The Annual Four Townes Family YMCA 5K will be held on August 23rd in Lake Helen, Florida.  Our 5K will put your physical endurance and mental strength to the test. The course will take you through the beautiful town of Lake Helen, starting and finishing at Blake Park.  This event is great for beginners and the most passionate fitness enthusiasts of any age. Join us at the starting line for a fun and challenging experience.

Race participants will receive a race shirt with every paid entry.  All who complete the 5K will receive finishers medals!

Packet Pick-up

Saturday, August 22nd, from 11am - 1:00pm, at the Four Townes Family YMCA, 280 Wolf Pack Run, Deltona, FL 32725

Race Day at Blake Park starting at 6:00am
