Fox Firecracker 5K

The Fox Firecracker 5K and Kids Run is 11! Please join us on July 3 & 4 as the 11th Annual Fox Firecracker 5K Run/Walk and Kids Run comes to the Heart of the Valley in Kaukauna, WI. The Firecracker is a family friendly event for all ages with something for everyone! On July 3 come out to Hydro Park in downtown Kaukauna from 4pm-8pm for Packet Pick-up and a FREE live concert. Refreshments and food will be available for purchase. Race Participants will receive a free meal with their race entry. Race morning begins early on the Fourth of July with lots of red, white and blue fun. We will have the University of Wisconsin Madison Marching Band and Sky Divers. Kids who are 8 years old or younger will have a 1/4 mile fun run starting at 7:40am. Each Fun Run for Kids participant will receive a finisher ribbon and t-shirt. Beginning at 8am, the 5K participants will take to the streets of downtown Kaukauna and enjoy the views of the Kaukauna Library, 1000 Islands Environmental Center and the Fox River. We have very cool cotton and technical t-shirts, flags, post-race apple pie and more. Register by June 16, 2017 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. The Firecracker is an ICONIC event focusing on good health, patriotism and family fun.
