GLCR 5 K

A 5K run along the Flint River in downtown Albany that's free to Good Life City Runners club members who have already paid their 2020 membership fees.  For anyone who hasn't paid the 2020 fees yet, the entry fee for this race is $20 for an individual or $25 for a family.  Entering this race will make you a member of GLCR for the remainder of 2020!  Follow this link for the GLCR club web page.  https://glcrunners.blogspot.com/

For the little ones aged 10 and under, there will be a one-mile fun run.   The fun run won't be officially timed, and there are no awards, but every kid 10 and under who completes the mile will receive a Good Life City Runners color changing mug.

To commemorate one of the Good Life City's most famous historical figures, this year's race will start and finish in the shadow of the Ray Charles memorial, which is directly across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn.  It will be an out and back along the paved trail that runs alongside the Flint River.

T shirt is not automatically included as part of the registration fee.  Anyone who wants a T shirt can get one for $10. 

GLCR merchandise prizes for overall male and female, masters male and female, and top three in age groups (Under 10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+).
