About the event
"RUN FOR THE ROSES" is a 5K Run/Walk which is held annually in August at the Honesdale High School Track Complex off Terrace Street. The course winds through 5 kilometers of Wayne County farmland.
The 2018 race will take place on Saturday, August 25, 2018 (rain or shine). Race registration and packet pick up will take place from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. Call to starting area is at 8:55 a.m. and the race and walk starting time is 9 a.m.
The race is the third leg of the 2018 Wayne County 5k Challenge.
