HAPPY CHALLENGE

Join us for the first of the 2016 The Drink Around The World Challenge Series during marathon weekend. You may be Goofy or Dopey, but this challenge will make you Happy!

Perfect challenge to get your non-running friends and family involved.

There will only be two meet-ups for the weekend, if you do not attend your medal will be mailed to you the following week.  The main meet-up will take place Sunday at 4 pm after the Full Marathon. There will be a meet-up at the EXPO on Wednesday at 1pm as well, to allow those that want to get there medals for the many photo ops throughout the weekend. The exact times and places are to be determined and will be posted on our website and Facebook pages.

Most of you probably complete this every time you visit the park, why not earn some BLING too? Oh, and the finisher medal doubles as a bottle opener! An awesome way to enhance your next trip to the park, and knowing that a portion of the fees go to a charity makes it even better. 

Take the challenge and traverse the 1.2 miles around the world showcase and enjoy a drink at each of the 11 countries; you receive a finisher’s medal (that is also a bottle opener). The challenge is done using the honor system on your own so you set your own route and your own pace. You can even break down the challenge and complete different parts in several days within the designated dates. This is your run so be the master of it!

This event is based totally on the honor system, entrance to the park and the cost of the drinks are not included in the registration fees. There is no restrictions on what type of drink you enjoy. There are no age restrictions for participants, although most participants of legal age will enjoy an alcoholic beverage (Beer/Wine/shots) we do not encourage you to break any laws or jeopardize your safety.

Event T-Shirts, moisture wicking, are available as an add-on. The last day to order shirts is December 14, 2015.
