6th Annual Hawkeye Fun Days 5k Run/Walk

“Las Vegas Comes to Hawkeye!”

Friday, June 15th @ 6:30 p.m.

Hawkeye Community Hall (Main Street)

Registration begins at 5 p.m.

Medals will be awarded to top finishers.

A brat and beer will be provided to all participants after the race. (please bring ID)

Non-alcoholic refreshments also provided.

Costume contest for the individual, pair & team who are dressed in their Vegas best!

Judging will begin at 6 pm & winners will be revealed after the race. Prizes will be awarded.

Participants will be placed in a drawing for door prizes! MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!Stick around & enjoy various Hawkeye Fun Days festivities; including fireworks at dusk!

PRE-REGISTRATION FEES:

13 years & older: $20.00    12 – 6 years old: $15.00    5 & under: FREE (does not include t-shirt)

Pre-registration due by June 4th to be guaranteed a shirt.

SAME DAY REGISTRATION FEES:                                                   

13 years & older: $25.00    12 – 6 years old: $20.00    5 & under: FREE (does not include t-shirt)

                                                                                                Waiver: I know that walking/running in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and walk/run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the walk/run. I assume all risks associated with walking/running in the Hawkeye Fun Days 5k on June 15th, 2018, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of the weather including high heat and/or humidity, low temperature, traffic conditions of the road, all risks being known and appreciated by me.
