HCAC Mighty Mitten Splash & Dash

The Mighty Mitten Splash & Dash is a new and exciting USA Triathlon sanctioned swim-run event for both kids and adults!
We're also excited to be hosting NCAA Women's Triathlon teams from North Central College, Milliken University, and Calvin University!

Participants will start the aquathlon event with a swim in the Holland Community Aquatics Center indoor pool, then transition to a run course through the adjacent neighborhood, around Moran Park. The entire course is closed for the safety of all participants.  

Distances:
Youth 7-10     100m swim / 1k run
Youth 11-15    200m swim / 2k run
16+                 400m swim / 4k run
NCAA             400m swim / 4k run

This event is a USA Triathlon Sanctioned event and will abide by the USA Triathlon Safe Return to Sport requirements, as well as all Sate of Michigan and Ottawa County mandated Covid-19 safety protocols. All athletes must be members of USA Triathlon in order to participate in this USA Triathlon sanctioned event. If you are not a member of USA Triathlon, a $10 annual youth membership can be purchased during the registration process.
