Hero Half Marathon

Now in its seventh year, the Hero Half Marathon is hosted by Spark Foundation in partnership with Fayetteville Firefighters’ Association (IAFF Local 2866) to honor and celebrate the dedication and contribution of our everyday heroes while helping our community get active outside. Runners of all experience levels can participate in the half marathon, two-person relay, 5K, or Spark One Mile. Race proceeds benefit IAFF Local and Spark Foundation’s school and community outreach programs that increase access to fitness education opportunities for all ages.
