RACE DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE STARTING AT 11:30AM

12:00pm JackFest Begins!

PLEASE NOTE: If your child is interested in running BOTH the Superhero Dash AND the Mighty Mile, only register them for one of the two events.  Then, email us at [email protected] to let us know that you're interested in entering your child in the second event.  Our goal was to drop the cost of entry this year, so the most any kid would pay is $10 (and they can still run every event!).

The Parent-Child 2x200 Meter Relay will remain Free as well, but requires registration in one of the other two races.

1:00pm Kids' Superhero Dash ($10): Kids will compete in a 100-200 meter footrace (distance depends on age) on the flat grass fields of Foxfield.  Note: This is a different course than last year and is much flatter.  Each age will have its own separate race with the younger ages (2-5) running 100 meters, and the older ages (6 and up) running 200 meters.  The race sections will look like the following...

100 Meters: 2 & Under, 3 Years Old, 4 Years Old, 5 Years Old

200 Meters: 6 Years Old, 7 Years Old, 8 Years Old, 9 Years Old, 10 Years Old, 11 Years Old, 12 Years Old

Each participant will receive a race number, a limited edition light blue JackFest drawstring backpack and a finisher's ribbon.  If participants prefer, we still have a few leftover JackFest superhero capes (royal blue) from last year.  Please reach out to [email protected] if you'd like to swap the cape in.

Registration in this event allows for free entry into the Child-Parent 2x200 Meter Relay.

~1:30pm Kids' Mighty One Mile Run ($10): This event is open to kids of all ages, and will be comprised of 8 laps of our 200 meter flat grass track.  Note: This is a different course than last year and is much flatter.  We will almost certainly have to separate this race into different sections based on the age of the participants, and will make that decision (and communicate it to everyone) the week of the race.  

Registration will include a race number, a limited edition light blue JackFest drawstring backpack, and a ribbon to take home for their accomplishment.

Registration in this event allows for free entry into the Child-Parent 2x200 Meter Relay.

~2:00pm Child-Parent 2x200 Meter Relay Race (FREE): Any child who has registered for the Superhero Dash OR the Kids' One Mile Run (please sign up for those events first) has the additional opportunity to compete in this Child-Parent Relay.  We will divide this race up into sections based on the age of the child, and will have multiple sections depending on registration numbers.  In each race, the child will always run the first leg, and the parent will run the second.  

*note that this race is also open to legal guardians, caregivers, etc.  

Virtual Superhero ($10): Can't join us on the day of?  Sign up as a virtual superhero to receive a choice of a limited edition light blue JackFest drawstring backpack. If participants prefer, we still have a few leftover JackFest superhero capes (royal blue) from last year.  Please reach out to [email protected] if you'd like to swap the cape in.
