About the event
Let’s Celebrate Juneteenth with a community 5k/1M Walk/ Run to support unity, health, and wellness as we celebrate Freedom! The Freedom 5k/1M will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, and will consist of a 5K and 1-mile Fun Run through the city of Bedford. Make a day of it with your friends or family! The race Begins and ends at Bearcat Stadium with a simple route through our city and down Northfield Rd.
Packet pickup will be on race day at Bearcat Stadium Gate A beginning at 7:30am. We politely ask that all 1 milers be checked in by 8:15am and all 5k participants be checked in by 8:45am.
